The VPULSE is very similar to a regular cold therapy unit in that you fill the machine with ice and water, but then adds compression and massage to the mix to help defeat deep vein thrombosis. Simply strap the leg pads to your calves and turn the machine on. It goes to work instantly to help increase blood flow to and from the legs.
