Some things you should know about the Baja Raptor

The Baja Raptor is a high performance recreational scooter. It has a maximum speed of 14 mph. Its MINIMUM speed is about 3-4 miles per hour. That is faster than a person or dog can comfortably walk. Its twist-grip throttle and caliper-style hand brake requires hand dexterity similar to that which is required on some all-terrain vehicles.  Due to its speed and physical size, most folks find the Baja Raptor is too difficult to park inside of a home or apartment. It is best stored in a garage, storage shed or placed under a cover beneath a carport. 

Special delivery and setup Information

The Raptor is delivered to you fully assembled in a specially designed shipping crate. It is strapped down and blocked inside the crate to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. It's a large and heavy shipment that will arrive via motor freight. Due to its size, inside delivery and setup are not available in all areas. Two people will be required to uncrate it and unstrap it from its crate. Once uncrated, there is no further assembly required. Flip the circuit breaker beneath the seat to the 'on' position and your Raptor is ready to ride.  

Manufacturer's Warranty:

Pride Mobility warrants this scooter as follows:
• Lifetime limited on the frame • Two years on electronics, drive train and mechanical parts • 6 months on the batteries
The warranty does not include plastic trim, upholstery and tires.
