IF YOU PROVIDE SERVICE ON THE PRODUCTS WE SELL, WE NEED TO TALK!

As a national retailer of power mobility products, lift recliners and home healthcare products, service is an important ingredient to our success recipe. 

Living Well stores manages its own proprietary national network of servicers. Our contracted servicers repair and deliver many of the products we sell to our customers in the United States and Canada.  They provide service at our customer's locations or in their shops. If you currently provide field and/or in-shop service on mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, lift recliners or other consumer products we should talk.  We can deliver profitable service business to you for customers who live in your area who may need additional products. 

How it works

  1. We reach out to you via phone to discuss what is required and confirm that you're willing and able to provide the required service and what you will charge. In most cases, our in-house technical support has already diagnosed the problem and even sent parts to the customer, making the job very straightforward.
  2. Our Work Order Management system sends you a work order that includes detailed customer contact information, what service is required and the cost. 
  3. You perform the work. At the time you provide service, if you identify other products the customer could use and that you offer, you're free to make that sale. 
  4. You call us to advise that service has been completed and we provide you with payment via card on the spot. Or if you prefer, you can bill us. We pay all servicer invoices within ten days of receipt of invoice.

You and/or your shop must be able to provide service on popular brands of:

  • Mobility scooters
  • Power wheelchairs
  • Lift recliner chairs
  • Hospital beds

Preferred:

  • Relevant electrical and mechanical skills and experience.
  • While DME/HME product repair is desireable, if you have a proven track record servicing consumer products such as bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, furniture or consumer appliances we want to talk to you espcially if you're small-town located
  • You have a vehicle to deliver the products we sell. 
  • Ability to communicate via phone and email.
