If your Drive Medical or Pride Mobility scooter battery pack isn't delivering the maximum range it used to, we will get you going with our FAST-SERV battery pack service.Here's how it works:
1. Determine which size battery pack your scooter has.
2. Select the battery pack size (above) and place your order.
3. We'll send you a special battery pack shipping carton, bubble wrap material and a return shipping label.
4. Wrap your battery pack in the bubble wrap, seal the carton, put the pre-paid label on it and drop it to any FedEx location.
5. Our technicians will restore your battery pack to better-than-new condition, test it and return it to you within two business days*. You'll receive it via FedEx Home Delivery.
Our price includes all shipping. Living Well Stores serviced battery packs carry a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. That's six months longer than the factory warranty!
Battery pack FAST-SERV service is available for all transportable-style power mobility scooters from Drive Medical or Pride Mobility that have a removable battery pack including most GoGo's, Scouts, Spitfire and Phoenix models. If you have a different brand of scooter, can't determine which size battery pack you have or just have a question, call our experts at 800-704-8432.
*Service time only. Note that we cannot service a battery pack if the housing is cracked, or shows signs of heat damage on any surface. Shipping regulations prohibit us from returning a battery pack that has been damaged. FedEx delivery time is one day within 300 mi of our Jacksonville, Florida service facility and up to four days everywhere else in the lower 48 states. FedEx Home Delivery delivers Tuesday – Saturday.
